COURT UPDATE

 
 

Before the COVID-19 crisis, this pre-hearing process (known as “Meet and Confer”), happened at the court on the day of the hearing in DCSS cases. As a part of ongoing efforts to adhere to all safety measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, DCSS has adopted a new “Meet and Confer” process.
